Not all women know what the best times to get pregnant are. And yes, there are times that are generally much more successful than others.Each woman has her own reproductive cycle, not all women are the same.
But for most women their ovulation (highest chance of conception) occurs about two weeks before the next menstrual period. If you usually have a 28 day cycle that means that it will be day 14 that you are most fertile.
