There have been conflicting results on the benefits of consuming caffeine powder.  A recent study concludes that expectant mothers are put at a higher risk of having a miscarriage when consumption of considerable quantities of caffeine powder is ingested during the gestation period.  According to De-Kun Li, the author of the study, women who intend to become pregnant and stay pregnant should avoid taking any form of caffeine product for a minimum of three months.  Needless to say, it would even be much better if caffeine powder is totally avoided during the entire term.

It is not unusual that some women experience implantation bleeding in the early stages of pregnancy. You are perhaps feeling guilty and are blaming yourself for the pregnancy loss.
