Needless to say, it would even be much better if caffeine powder is totally avoided during the entire term. Read the full post

The history of childbirth has been recorded since A.D.98 when Soranus, a classical Roman who apparently had good baby delivering skills, wrote a text book of obstetrics that was actually used until the 16th century.
According to Soranus, the best time for conception is “when menstruation is ending and abating and when the urge and appetite for coitus are present.” The couple should be sober and comfortable. The ingestion of a snack and a good rubdown before coitus further aid conception. A pleasant state is also important during the act.3 Read the full post

Tips Pregnant Conception of a healthy baby is not clearly the outcome of meeting of sperm and egg. There are Other critical topics that have to happen for purchasing pregnant and carrying a healthy baby. Secret Number 1: Researches have revealed that to reproduce a viable and healthy fetus one needs fresh sperm and egg. This suggests that couple striving for baby must avoid from having sex 3-4 days before the date of ovulation. The reason is that sperm may live up to 3 days. A 3-day old sperm may be degraded and defective. In the similar way the couple must avoid having sex soon after ovulation. Though the egg is viable but it can be potentially defective. The best idea here is to have intercourse often during the fertile days and stop soon after the ovulation as taken place. This will increase the chance of fresh sperm meeting the fresh egg. The best scene is that fresh sperms should line the fallopian tube; ready to fertilize the egg soon after it is released. The ideal case of doing this to have intercourse the day before the woman ovulates. For instance if the woman ovulates on day 14 then the couple should have intercourse on the 13th and 14th day and then avoid having intercourse. This will ensure that healthy and fresh sperms are present in the fallopian tubes and these sperms are ready to fertilize the freshly released eggs. It is also advised to avoid from having intercourse around 4 days before ovulation. This will help to build up the sperm count. Tips Pregnant Secret Number 2: Male Partner Should Upsurge the Sperm Count Before Ovulation There are different techniques used by men for building up their sperm count. This enables them to deliver maximum sperms on the day before ovulation. This marks that men should not ejaculate 3 to 5 days prior to having intercourse. The longer gap than this again risks the aging of the sperm. There are also some Tantric sex and Yoga practices used to increase the sperm density. Researches have discovered that sessions of foreplay also help to build up the sperm count. Foreplay helps to increase the quantity as well as quality of sperms. Secret Number 3: This is the most critical secret for getting pregnant. Those who are unable to apply this secret have to suffer from recurrent miscarriages. Temperature helps in determining the time of ovulation. Basal body temperature changes when the woman ovulates. This also enables the woman to recognize which cycle’s produces viable fetus and which one would result in miscarriage. Temperature graphs are helpful in determining the time of ovulation.
